Cozette Dagher is a founding partner at 2Traverse Strategy Group Inc. She brings a record of accomplishment in strategic consulting based on experience in government and her expertise in relationship building.

Cozette’s expertise in issues management, communications and stakeholder relations were called upon while serving as a Senior Advisor to the Minister of National Defence in the early 2000s. Cozette has also served on the political staff of several legislators, municipal councillors and mayors.

Cozette manages election campaigns by developing winning strategies for municipal, provincial and federal candidates. Additionally, she had senior roles on three winning leadership campaigns in the last four years. In 2018, she served as Director of Outreach and Stakeholders Relations on Doug Ford’s provincial election campaign team. Cozette also served as a Field Director and French spokesperson for the 2018 Doug Ford PC leadership campaign.

Cozette has a bachelor’s degree in political science from York University. She is fluent in English, French, Arabic and Spanish. Often interviewed for her insights into current affairs and public policy, Cozette has been a political commentator on Radio Canada, TFO, Tag TV and other multicultural networks.

Cozette is a recipient of the David Award and Brilliant Minded Women Award.
